We work on real challenges
From prototypes and sensor measurements to educational programmes and public science events.
Science · Education · Innovation
Prizma connects young people, teachers, researchers and institutions through educational projects, prototypes, workshops and initiatives with tangible social impact.
Prizma – Science and Innovation was founded in Čačak to help ensure that high-quality science is not distant, closed off or reserved for laboratories.
Who we are
We bring together people from different professional backgrounds and connect education, engineering, research and cultural heritage. Our programmes foster curiosity, responsibility, teamwork and the ability to turn an idea into a concrete solution.
From prototypes and sensor measurements to educational programmes and public science events.
They do not only learn: they investigate, test, make mistakes, improve and present their results to the public.
The most valuable projects emerge when institutions and people share knowledge, resources and responsibility.
A handbook, a prototype, a new skill, a partnership or an idea with room to grow.
People & expertise
Prizma was founded in 2023, but the expertise behind it was built over many years of STEM education, science communication, student mentoring, robotics, programming and project-based innovation.
Olga Dukic brings extensive professional experience in STEM education, educational technology, science communication and youth innovation. Her previous work includes projects supported by the Serbian Center for the Promotion of Science, work with gifted physics students and national competitions, robotics and programming education, Moodle-based learning environments, science festivals, Researcher’s Night activities and interdisciplinary STEM programmes.
She has organised and delivered science and STEM activities in Čačak and other cities in Serbia and the region, including long-running science-festival programmes, public science events and hands-on workshops connecting physics, programming, robotics, sustainability and engineering.
In 2023, she mentored the Smart Start young-innovator team whose Smart House project received four international recognitions at the Global Invention Forum in Cyprus. This prior experience now strengthens Prizma’s work in educational technology, AI-supported learning, sensor-based research, environmental monitoring and digital-twin approaches.
Long-standing work with talented physics students, competition preparation, mentoring and interdisciplinary STEM workshops.
Science-festival organisation, Researcher’s Night activities, World Space Week and public science communication for children, young people and families.
Robotics and coding workshops, Moodle-based courses and current development of AI-supported learning environments through Mentora.
Mentoring of project-based innovation, including the Smart House team recognised internationally in Cyprus in 2023.
Selected projects and initiatives
Every project connects learning with building, measuring, experimenting or solving a real-world problem.
A hands-on programme combining renewable energy, mechanics and electronics through building a functional model and conducting team-based research.
project supported by the Ministry of EducationAn innovative educational solution developed at the intersection of programming, mechatronics and classroom practice.
first prize at the Science and Technology Fair in BelgradeWorkshops, a handbook and a local partner network designed to make science activities available to children and young people throughout the year, rather than only during occasional public events.
project funded by the City of ČačakPrizma builds on its founder’s earlier innovation-mentoring experience and continues supporting young people through project development, public presentation, educational technology and international networking.

institutional supportWe are developing partnerships and project concepts in sensor measurements, data analysis, digital twins, cultural heritage and contemporary STEM education.
developmentAreas of work and development
Our work is not limited to one topic. It is guided by a common principle: knowledge should be verifiable, useful and accessible.
Workshops, mentoring, robotics, coding and learning technologies — including the development of Mentora as a real-world environment for AI-supported learning and educational research.
Projects combining physical measurements, time series, modelling and responsible interpretation of results.
Using models, software and data to better understand real objects, processes and environments.
New technologies and measurement methods supporting the protection, documentation and interpretation of cultural heritage.
Open to collaboration
We work with schools, universities, cultural institutions, science centres, local authorities, companies and civil society organisations. We are open to Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, Digital Europe and regional partnerships where Prizma can contribute real-world pilots, STEM expertise, sensor-based research, educational technology, stakeholder engagement and Western Balkans replication.
